UK Mainland

We are pleased to offer free next day delivery on all UK mainland orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day on a next day service.

All deliveries are sent by a next day courier service and will require a signature on delivery unless expressed written permission is given for packages to be left in a secure location at the time of ordering. If such permission is given Manby International Sportswear cannot be held liable for any missing packages.

A contact phone number is required & will be disclosed to our appointed courier for the purpose of contacting you should there be any difficulty in finding your delivery address. We will not disclose your number to any other third parties.

Non-UK Mainland

We are able to offer delivery to non-UK mainland locations for an additional delivery fee. We recommend you contact us (click here) prior to making your purchase so that we can confirm this additional fee and transit times, as this is dependent on your exact location. Please ensure that you specify the delivery postcode (where applicable) and the product you are interested in.

Non-UK mainland delivery fees are not automatically added at the checkout. These fees will be invoiced separately after the initial purchase and are payable before dispatch. All non-UK mainland deliveries will be sent by a recorded service for your security.

By completing the checkout you are agreeing to the above terms of delivery.

RETURNS

Unhappy or Changed Your Mind

If you are unhappy with the item, we have sent you the incorrect item or you have changed your mind about it, we will be happy to exchange or refund you the full amount.

Please email us within 14 days of purchase stating the following:-

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return.
  • Details of the item ie. Size, Colour etc.
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange - if you wish to exchange please tell us what product, size and colour you would like.

You can get a full refund or exchange an item, for any reason, for an alternative product within 14 days of the original purchase (time limit exceptions may be made for orders outside of the UK at our discretion). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition*.

*Saleable condition: when trying on purchases, please wear socks and try to wear only on carpet. Please ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. Please do not cut off any labels. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Your refund will be credited to the same account with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will contact you.

We also advise you to get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed. We aim to process returns within seven days of receipt.

Please print off a copy of the Returns Form and include it inside the box so we are able to process your return/exchange without delay.

If we have sent you the incorrect item we will credit you the carriage costs to the value if sent by Royal Mail Recorded as long as you have contacted us before sending the goods back.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard please email us stating the following:-

  • Your order number, name and address.
  • If the item is faulty what the fault is, at this stage if it is possible to send us an image of the fault please do so as this will speed up the returns process.
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Details of the item ie. Size, Colour etc.

We will then send you further instructions.

If we ask you to return the goods please print off a copy of the returns form and include it in the box.

If your item is deemed to have a clear manufacturing fault, we will credit you the carriage costs to the value if sent by Royal Mail Recorded as long as you have contacted us before sending the goods back.

We also advise you to get a proof of postage and keep this until your return has been processed. We aim to process returns within seven days of receipt.

Important Information:

Boots fitted with a water resistant Olang-tex liner are not sold as 100% waterproof. Due to the construction of the boot they should not be submerged in water.
